Skin Care TipsGet plenty of sleep. It's hard to do when you can't stop thinking about everything on your to-do list but it's extremely important in avoiding dark circles around your eyes.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Make it a habit to keep a bottle of water with you at all times, you can put lemon or lime to flavour the water.
Use sunscreen. I can't stress this enough. Don't forget to protect your skin every time your are outside.
Use under-eye cream. In case you can't avoid the long nights or already have a problem with dark circles.
Remove makeup before sleep. The last thing you want to do is unnecessarily clog your pores.
